...since Sir. Jackie left the building and my question/comment still remains in Grey?! Why is that. I could definitely deal with a no answer better.
I think those Q&A session should just instantly approve every comment to give everyone a fair shot at getting answered.

If you don't comment in the first few minutes the chat goes live you likely won't get a response. Especially with someone like Sir. Jackie. Its a comment eat comment world out there.
